Polyphonic music made easy Shifty is composed of four sample & hold stages, a sequential gate and a sequencer controller. It derives sequences with imitated polyphony from a monophonic note progression. Up to four voices can be generated. Alternatively, Shifty is usable as an analog shift register. In this mode, the module can be employed to create chords respectively chord progressions.
